    We are giving a 3% discount for bank transfer payments. A customer attempted to use Klarna: Pay later but was denied and returned to our checkout, then changed to bank transfer, but the discount of 3% was not applied. Can this be fixed?

    Hi @whim01,

    Can you please let me know which plugin you are using for Klarna payment method? I tried to replicate the issue on our staging site by changing the payment method, the percentage discount applied fine on the checkout page.

    Please provide us the plugin which you are using on your site and also it would be great if you can share the video of the issue which would help us to replicate the issue on our staging site.
