Nice feature to have

I like this plugin so much and I feel that we could make it even better.
I can see that you guys have already the logic to number the rows from first to last.
Wouldn’t it be a nice feature to allow users to show a left column with the number of the row rather than typing manually? Maybe starting from the second row with “1,2,3, etc.” because first row is usually the header.

I am expecting to grow my table and I would rather not type them manually.
