Excellent theme. Excellent support.

I needed to give a site a facelift and move away from a theme that was giving me trouble, so I asked developers of Woocommerce plugins that I use what theme framework gives them least trouble with integrations. The answer came back unequivocally as Astra.

So I tested Astra & Astra Pro with Elementor Pro and Beaver Builder (inc. Themer). In the end I found that leaving Astra to handle the single product and category pages was much more reliable for integrations with other plugins than using Elementor Pro theming (even if the design was less customisable) and I found Elementor support terrible. So I ditched the Pro part of Elementor and bought Astra Agency lifetime bundle. Although Beaver Builder Support is great, I found the Elementor framework easier to deal with, and there seemed to be more YouTube HowTos.

Astra’s customisation with web hooks is brilliant and very flexible once you get your head round it. Eg. I have replaced the footer with a responsive Elementor layout with a hook.

The Agency pack comes with Ultimate Addons for Elementor, which is excellent and between Astra pro and that, they have replaced almost everything I would have used from Elementor Pro, albeit with some rough edges as UAE is a relatively new product. But it is under continuous development with new modules appearing, and they are positive and quick with support.

Bottom line is that I got refunds from both Elementor Pro and Beaver Builder. Experience with Astra support was a major driver behind that decision, and I have not been disappointed since then.
