• If I click on the RSS feed I get a 404 error.
Everything is enabled and the text-to-voice function works.

    I also have another issue.
I changed the language and the voice but in all my old post nothing seem to have changed. Is this a caching issue? Will it just take a few hours before the changes take place.

    Thanks

I was able to get the RSS page but now when I try to the Amazon skills (https://blueprints.amazon.com/skills) I get this error:

Feed is malformed and cannot be parsed. Please make sure that the feed is a valid RSS format.

Also I noticed that the RSS page is actually empty. No posts.

    Any help?

I am having the exact same problem. When I view the feed on Feed Validator I get one line error. Any help is appreciated.

Forget about getting this fixed. I’ve been contacting the official Alexa support team for well over 3 months. Totally useless. They keep saying they are escalating the issue and they keep coming with useless solutions, just to say something. Regarding the plugin support no help either. Very very disappointed.

Ok So I am trying to do a little trouble shooting here as I am having the same issue.

I am wondering if this is more of a permissions issue. I have noticed if I got to https://blog.jaycollc.com/feed/amazon-pollycast I get a message that it wants to open news…not sure if it should but then I get a message there is no application to open the podcast. I have looked in the feed directory and it is not there. but not sure what any of this has to do with parsing the url
