I have a Multisite wordpress. I have All-in-one-security set up as network enabled. I can login to regular admin with no problem. But if I try to access the network admin, I get an error message.

Other super admin users can access the network admin from different locations.

We have tried disabling the plugin site-wide, but then I just get logged out if I try to access network admin. It seems like it is blocking my ip, but this issues has been going on many days.

    Any help will be appreciated.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Hi, try the following steps to unlock your IP address.

    1) If you have the login white list feature enabled? Try editing the .htaccess file manually and delete the block of code for that feature. (look for the markers “#AIOWPS_LOGIN_WHITELIST_START/END”)

    2) Using PHPMyAdmin, go to the “aiowps_permanent_block” table and check if your IP address is listed in it. If it is delete that row.

    3) Do the same as step 2) above for the table called “aiowps_login_lockdown“

Let me know if the above helps you.

    Kind regards
