    Hello!

I’m excited for the new schema features in Yoast v11+, but after updating the plugin from 10.1.3, I’m seeing a bunch of schema getting output into the body of all of our pages, which you can see by visiting the URL below:

We’re using a custom child theme of Divi, but I do have all of the SEO features disabled and I’m not using any other SEO or schema plugins.

Any idea what could be causing this?

    Thanks!

  • Hi, how did you resolve this? I’m having the same problem…

    Hey @cknowles,

The issue for me ended up being a piece of my own code that was removing any reference to “Yoast” in HTML comments. I like to keep my comments as clean as possible, but it looks like I was stripping a necessary part out of Yoast’s new inline schema. I just removed that bit of code for the time being and it seems to have done the trick for me.

Not sue if this is the same issue you’re experiencing, but if you’re doing any comment sanitization, you might check to see if removing that fixes things.

    Best of luck!

I always remove the Yoast comments, undoubtedly the issue for me too, thank you so much!
