Can’t login to a site (not mine) with valid details

    I have been trying to login to the site listed above, but cannot. (It’s not my site, just one I really would like to login to, as I have some questions to ask, and some experience to contribute).
    I have signed up to WordPress, and can login to my account via both the website, and the app, but when trying to login, I get the error that my user name or password is wrong. I have tried changing my password, and still no joy.
    Then I clicked the link that I forgot my password, but when I used my user name, and also my email address, I get the following error: ERROR: There is no account with that username or email address.
    Then I go to the WordPress home page, and login to my account, and I have no problems. My account is active, and working, just not from that page. I had even tried logging into my account, and trying to comment thinking that being logged in, that it might carry over to that site, but still no joy.

    Am I doing something wrong? Or is that site broken somehow? And if I’m doing something wrong, how can I correct it?

    I may have described the problem wrong, but it even happens when I use my correct username, and password.
    The website is saying that I am not registered, even though I am, and I have been trying to login with my correct username and password.
