Popup window shown to 20% user in home page

  • Hello Every one,

    I need help regarding to popup window.
    my requirement how to display the popup window in homepage only, randomlly to 20% of users when they access our site.

    What plugin i have to use for, if they required traffic control plugin also.

    Please help me what i have use and where i got that type plugins.

    Please resolve my issue ASAP.
