@vasyltech, People can’t remove reviews and there is legitimate feedback being outlined in the review. The documentation, resources and support channels were difficult to find. Try probing that instead.

Sorry but I must disagree on that one. There are many places in the plugin UI that point to the support channels.

In the plugin description, there are many links to the plugin’s site.

Andrew, you know better than anybody how hard it is to get legitimate and good reviews. This particular review is invalid was rushed.

I’m not here to argue and I truly believe that @perrylduff is a legitimate and respectful person.

Whether you agree or not the reviewer has expressed their experience and you should respect that.

It was not respectful and that may be a communication problem:

I’m trying to be nice about this, but as this is taking a few posts too many to explain, I will just say this. Please do not attempt to make this personal. The reviews are just an expression of someone’s experience with yours of other people’s plugins. If they’re posting a negative review then they have usually had a genuinely bad experience and there are learning points from that. It’s not personal, i.e. it’s not because they don’t appreciate open source.

I’m 100% agree with you and that is something that I’ve been telling many WordPress developers through the year working in the WP community.

My apology that “55%” perceived incorrectly. My point here was that 55% or WP reviews are 1 star.

Let’s stop debating here as we all have better things to work on today ??
