Disorted large Images at Lightbox Zoom

  • My large images are distorted at lightbox when zooming in.
    But only on Ipad and Android phone.
    Not on my PC.

    What should I do?
    My theme: Holly Theme Version: 1.0.1, Parent
    Theme: Genesis Version 2.10.1, Twenty Nineteen Version 1.4,
    I have Regenerate THumbnails installed
    Everything is updated.

    Hi Suzana, you are using a commercial child theme. You should use their official support channel for assistance as they are best equipped to support their products. Commercial products are not supported in these forums.

    I did use the official support channel but got no answer.
    Bought this theme a year ago.

    I think I need to pay a developer. Can you please help me with finding someone.
