CSS not being minified

According to “Google Page Speed Insights” the css is not being minified.
I have Optimize CSS code, Aggregate CSS files, and Also Aggergate inline CSS checked ON

hmm, seems like there’s a problem with GPSI as per the explanation when hovering over the “error”-label;
But in your HTML source I see that the CSS is _not_ aggregated, so if that option is on then something (another plugin?) is conflicting with AO. Maybe try toggling plugins one at a time (and briefly switching themes if not plugin pops) to find out which is doing so?
