Hello, I have a strange problem that occurs with many social sharing plugins and yours. The buttons are showing when I’m connected but as a non connected regular visitor, I don’t see them IF Ublock Origin is activated. Very strange.

Tested on a site without any other plugin activated and default WP theme. And different browsers.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Can you check your plugin settings for me, please? Specifically, I need to know what you have selected for the first option, “Button Icons/Style”. I suspect you have the “Custom Icons” selected, but really want the “Webfont” option picked instead. It looks like your site is loading a different version of Font Awesome than the plugin uses, which is fine, but selecting the custom icons option means that there is no icon related CSS added to the buttons at all, as it’s expecting you to provide the CSS yourself.

(I also use Ublock Origin and the buttons are showing properly for me, but the icons are not, I expect due to a settings issue.)

    Thanks for your quick answer.

I’ve got Webfont checked :-(. I took a look on my tablet and the buttons are showing (but no icons, you are right). So there may be something related to my PC (very strange). It seems the problem is not your plugin so I close the thread.

It does not look like the plugin rules for the webfont are being loaded to your site, although it’s hard to tell with the CSS compression active. If that CSS is loaded, the ::before pseudo element on each button should be active, and it’s not. (If the CSS is active and the webfont isn’t loading for whatever reason, an empty rectangle usually will show.)
