Translation of custom fields (Polylang?)

  • Hi, I am using free version of Polylang plugin to create my site multilingual. I am wondering if I can translate custom fields, categories of tickets that I have created in SupportCandy plugin.

    Can I somehow do that by Polylang or in code?

    Note: I am using free version of SupportCandy.

    Hello there,

    Sorry for the delay replying in here!

    It is currently compatible with WPML but for now we are not sure it will work for Polylang.

    We have taken this in our compatibility list and will make it compatible if it is not.

    We will get back to this topic as soon as it is compatible.

    I’m having the same issue with Polylang. And I can’t translate custom fields in different languages. When it will be compatible?
