Cerber falsely detects me as a bot when registering user through API

  • Thanks for the great plugin! I’m having an issue where I’m using the rest api to register users via the plugin “wp-rest-user”. Cerber is incorrectly identifying me as a bot when calling the endpoint.

    My hardening settings are:

    Stop user enumeration: off
    Disable REST API: off
    Logged in users: on
    Allow REST API for these roles: none
    Allow these namespaces: oembed, wp/v2

    I’ve also recreated the plugin and get the same result. I think Cerber might just be a bit too overzealous when detecting bots accessing the api.
