WF Deleted but Causing Issues

Thanks @wfgerald, but I don’t have WF installed at all. I deleted it a month or so ago.

How did you delete it? Can you please try reinstalling it, then use the Wordfence Assistant to remove it?

I am pretty sure I would have deleted it like one does with most plugins…Deactivate….Delete.
