Hello,

I have a problem on a new domain with my page. I used your plugin since a year without any problem. I have an other page too and on there, the plugin works properly.

But in the new domain, I getting the Feed has no items errors again and again. I checked my feeds with the validator, and both of them is a valid RSS feed. I am using the same settings on this new page as in the previous one. I tried an other plugin, and the same feed worked with it, so my feeds are correct.

Do you have any idea what would be the problem?

Hi there,

I see some errors from cached js files on the website. Please check the issue by clearing website cache and regenerating minified files. You should be able to do this from the settings of optimization/caching related plugin installed on your website.

After doing so, try to re-save the widget settings once and see how it goes.

If the above does not help, please provide feed URL. So that we can check it.

I had this same problem until I realized I was missing /feed at the end of the URL for the feed.

not one google rss feed is working with images ??
example:

@limone111 this is not a valid feed (https://validator.w3.org/feed/check.cgi?url=https%3A%2F%2Fnews.google.com%2Fsearch%3Fq%3Dsport%26hl%3Dde%26gl%3DDE%26ceid%3DDE%253Ade). Feedzy only works with valid feeds not with web pages. Please do not hijack this thread – it is for valid feeds. Please create your own thread so that we can address it there.

Hello !

I’m having exactly the same problem: I added your plugin on my temporary domain name, now I’ve moved my WordPress to the real domain name, and my RSS feed doesn’t work anymore, it says “Feed has no items”. The RSS feed is valid for sure, and it’s still working on the temporary WordPress (https://futures.in.capdigital.com/#blog) but not on the new one (https://futuresin.africa/#blog). I copied past several time to be sure, change the RSS feed with another valid one, but nothing works. I cleared the cache with W3 Total Cache as suggested above and then refreshed my feed settings, but still nothing… can you help me ??
