    Good afternoon,

    I am curious what the setting “Remove personal data from applcations including resume.” does. When I click the Checkbox all the informations will be still shown in the Applicants-tab. Our company would like that the sent application-forms go directly to HR via mail (which can be achieved by the “Email Attachment” Add-on I think) and will be deleted immediately from the Applicants-tab. The goal is that IT-Administrators should not be able to view applications. I am not sure if that option is what I’m thinking or if there is another way how to get this working.

    Thanks for reaching us out.

    The Erase Personal Data mechanism is a little bit different. It is used to remove the data of the specific person upon the request.

    As per your requirements currently, this feature is not available. It’s a custom job. You can reach us at [email protected] for our services.
