After 5.1 > 5.2.1 Update, Yoast no longer loads settings

Tried activating, reactivating, reinstalling, etc (had premium before, then removed, not sure if related, but worked fine).

Yoast content optimization box does not load in classic or regular editor, any of the tabs / settings in “Search appearance” or “social” that you click in plugin page do not do anything as well

Disabled all plugins and still same,
