Paid for pro, and am now kept out of the site

    Hi !
    I just purchased the Pro version of S2 member. I now can’t log in to download the thing for an unknown reason but I thought it might be a mistake in my password. However, contact links aren’t working, and password reset links aren’t recognised by the site.
    In short I have just purchased it and there is no way to access it or to fix the issue apart from posting here.

    @guillaummelane For pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

    As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
