Set order number as the reference number for review

  • Hi, when we send an invitation to the customers for their order review, we would like to set the order number as the reference number for that review. Currently, it seems that the customer is adding any random number as a reference number. How to achieve this? Thanks in advance.

  • It’s currently setting the post-id for the order. You can search for that number on the orders page and it will show the order.

    I agree, this should be the order-id and not the post-id!
