Excellent Customer Service

I would like to thank your team to help me out.
I am moving from another platform to WordPress and did not set up my website on the other platform.

It is my first time setting up a website and I spent one week trying to figure it out what to do. I could not. Last week I could not figure out the plugins. This week I could not do anything else.

So, yesterday I decided to email BuyWPtemplates asking about the return policy because I wanted to give up with the theme that I had.

Patiently, the person explained to me that was not possible because I had already download the theme. Because it is a digital file, a return was not possible (one more thing that I learned in this adventure). Anyways, he said, ‘he would be more than happy to help me.’

The way I was doing my theme did not look the way the demo was showing. The way he fixed, it is ready to go. Everything is there and I am really happy.

My theme is the Kindergarten Pro just in case someone wants to check it out.
