Was your site live previously and just started having this issue? Or is this a new site?
Do you have a backup of the site?

One thing to try is to disable all plugins and start enabling one by one to see if it works. If you can’t disable from the admin: https://www.wpbeginner.com/plugins/how-to-deactivate-all-plugins-when-not-able-to-access-wp-admin

Its a new site, so i installed WP reset and cleared it because i didnt need it to be backed up. That didnt solve much, now i cant even add posts.

Before i reset it, i tried disabling all the plugins but it didnt work. Ivve only had the site 1 week and i cant get anything to work
