Import Starter Site not working

  • Hi guys,

    fresh wordpress install and I installed Astra + Astra Starter Sites. PHP Version must be around 7.2. I think. I tried to import an e-commerce starter site, but when I click on View Site, the page looks totally empty and only the header shows up.

    Any advice on what I could do here?

    There are several factors due to which you might be facing this issue. But the most common problem while importing the starter site comes when the server has restriction rule on their end.

    But to confirm why this is happening, we need to debug this, and for that, please open a support ticket so that we can have a closer look upon your issue.
