Addresses differ between the Order page and Invoice

I have noticed that the customer and shipping address shown on the Invoice is different to the one shown on the WooCommerce Order page. The Country (and sometimes the State) are shown as a 2 letter code in the Invoice but are shown in full on the Order page. For example, “Toledo, Spain” appears as “TO ES”

I think it is acceptable to change the State to a code but for me, sending internationally, I would prefer to see the country spelled out in full.
