I may have found a way to fix this problem. Since we are using the Pro Horizontal Filmstrip template, which is included in the Plus and Pro options, there was no way to test this without either of the plugins. I had been activating each, but the problem continued. I finally deleted both and added the Plus back and then seems to have fixed this issue.

    Hello @jrietz

We are glad that you were able to solve your issue.

Unfortunately, www.ads-software.com doesn’t allow us to address pro support questions here in the free forum. We can only address NextGEN Gallery [Free] questions only. Please submit further a support request through your member account.

    May thanks!
