Page not found but displays normally

All of the pages in the member area (ie, Settings, Activity, etc) are showing as Page Not Found in the tab name but the pages display properly.
For example: https://www.leicesterpropertymanagement.co.uk/members/andrewhill/activity/
Where /andrewhill/ is the member.
