New events are not in draft status

    Hi,

    In Events Made Easy/Settings/Events/State for new event the Initial state for a new event is set to “Draft”, but yet it instantly appears after someone creates a new event.

    This seems to be not intendet resp. I don′t want new events to be published instantly on the website without me confirming it beforehand.

    If you create an event in EME you can set the state to whatever you want, the initial state is just a default which can be changed.

    Ok, so this initial state configuration does only work for events created in the backend, not in the frontend (with shortcode [emefs_submit_event_form])?

    The frontend submit extension has its own settings (also one concerning the state).
