Unable to add the shipping insurance price to the woocommerce subscriptions

Hello Support team,

I am happy to use your plugin to add the shipping insurance price to my site but I am unable to add that shipping insurance price to the monthly subscription total value.
I am using this plugin: “WooCommerce Subscriptions” (https://woocommerce.com/products/woocommerce-subscriptions/)
