PDF Embedder still looking for the old file

    I removed a pdf file from a page and replaced with the new one. I also changed the links like [pdf-embedder url=”…”]. However Embedder still looking for the old file and gives me the error: “Missing PDF “https://www…./oldfile.pdf”. Any clue would be much appreciated.

    EDIT: I just removed the page and created new one with the new pdf and it worked.
    I don’t know what whappened but somehow Embedder (or WordPress) did not like the old page. Anyway never mind.

    Glad you have the issue resolved. If the file happened to have the same name, WP may have been trying to serve a cached version which was no longer present.
