• Hello,

I linked an Instagram account to the plugin and configured it. The shortcode works well but I would like to retrieve the posts directly from wp_sbi_instagram_posts and wp_sbi_instagram_feeds_posts in order to apply my own template/theme.

I tried to change the configuraiton of “sb_instagram_cache_time” but still nothing.

What can I do to make the Instagram posts cacheable and saved to the DB.

    Thank you!

PS : I’m using the pro version of the plugin

    Hey sbouafif,

I can definitely take a look! Since you’re using the “Pro” version can you contact us on our website? Please include your “System Info” from the “Support” tab.

This might not be possible but I can at least give you some direction and see why posts might not be saving in the database tables. My guess is that you’re using a personal account while only business accounts use the tables.

I am not using pro version but have the same problem. It takes about 5 seconds to display Instagram Feed after full page load (seems each time getting pictures directly from instagram).

    thanks.

    Hey marat,

Our “free” version does not support saving image files locally with any setting. In the next major release, due out soon, you will see full size (640×640) images available locally.

I’d be happy to take a look at your feed and see what might be going on with the image loading though. Can you send a link?

    – Craig
