Shortcode ads only show intermittently

    Hi,
    This problem is common across all posts I’ve tried it on on my website. The problem is that of the three ad blocks (all shortcodes), sometimes they will only show intermittently.

    It seems that when I make changes to the code they all show. However when I refresh the page the third ad drops off. Then when I refresh again the second one drops off, and after a couple more refreshes they all vanish (but the block is still there when checking with debug mode).

    I have no caching plugin installed and am using the Divi theme from Elegant Themes. Remote debugging is on.

    I have tried the following without success:
    – using a different browser
    – disabling plugins
    – following the troubleshooting guide on the ad inserter website

    Can you please help me understand why this problem is happening?
