Add to Cart button click redirects to another page

Hi there

Sorry if this question has been asked before, I have looked everywhere for the answer.

I have created a Cart page and is it possible to redirect to that page when an Add to Cart button for a product is clicked?

I also note that the page is refreshing when the add to cart button is clicked and the page reloads at the top of the page – makes it a bit annoying to have to scroll back down again.
