Error in new file

  • I am using the plugin file provider, but every time I create new folders through the front end the options do not appear. What should I do?

    There may be some difficulty in permissions to create new folders in the directory. The first step would be to check these permissions. Remember that the system/server user sometimes not the same user as FTP.

    Alternatively, you can create the new folder through FTP before you intanciate it. This solves problems with permission.

    The problem with creating folders was resolved by giving the permissions on ftp, thank you, but now the subfolders created both by the front end and by the back end do not have options to create folders, upload files and no other, just change the folder icon for open folder. How to solve it, I can send prints if you want.
