Countdown with time

This is a good idea, idigmarketing. It’s not something that’s currently available, but it shouldn’t be too hard to include. I’ll try to have an updated version out by next weekend with this feature.

That would be HUGE!!! Really like how simple your plugin is I seached and tried quite a few but like yours the most by far. An update with this feature would be the icing on the cake!

@idigmarketing, I just released version 1.2 with the feature you’re looking for. Once you update, you’ll notice a new tab on the settings page: Other Options. Here, you can enable the auto-redirect, and set how long you want to wait before auto-redirecting.

BRILLIANT! Works great although I’m finding on some links it doesn’t activate. Is there a trick to getting it to work? I have no exclusions set. If you go to this link you will see what i mean: https://hbfs.idigresults.com/pet-insurance-petline/

There are two links out of page. “Get a Quote” blue buttons. Sometimes first link works, sometimes does not, sometimes second link works, sometimes does not. Similarly the social links to FB, Twitter, Instagram at top of page don’t work.

Other issue is if I hit cancel button on the popup the redirect still occurs when its a target = blank link

That’s definitely an oversight on my part. Expect a 1.2.1 shortly.

I believe they did… I didn’t test as extensively but I didn’t find any bugs on previous version of that kind. Thanks again this is going to be so necessary for so many people I’m sure you could make a premium version and sell it!

Not a big rush or anything just checking in how things are going with this. Would love to update this week and get this finalized.

I should be releasing 1.2.1 tonight which will fix the issue where closing the window still allows the redirect to happen. I’ll have to look more closely at why some of your links are failing. They may be unrelated.

1.2.1 is out, fixing a few issues:

* Unable to save the time-to-auto-redirect option
* Auto-Redirect still happens even if a user cancels or closes the box

I’ll take a look at the broken links you’ve described tomorrow.

As I suspected, the buttons you mentioned that weren’t working were part of a pre-existing issue. It didn’t like your markup. Apparently, whenever a link had children elements (in your case, a span), the code wouldn’t execute correctly.

I just released another update (1.2.2) which should address this.
