[Plugin: Buddypress] Sign up page title says page not found

I running a test site for a project I’m working on and running into an odd issue.The form seems to work fine, but the title of the page is not found.

Also the sidebar ad holder doesn’t appear to work. Is there a way to fix these things? I don’t know much about buddypress, I’m just trying to wrap it in the custom header/footer.
