Specific categories

Maybe this is too much to ask… but I got this idea and i don’t know how far fetched it is…
Having static pages where we can place the P2 post form for users to post to specific categories… not just in the homepage…
For example, say we have a page for “Sports”… then the users interested in posting under that category will access that page and it will load with the latest post under that cat and the P2 post form at the top…
could this be done?
