Offline and online at the same time

    Thank you for getting in touch, we do appreciate your time.

    Please note, the online indicator at the top of the WordPress admin bar indicates agents who are available to accept chats.

    In order to become available to accept chats, you will need to navigate to the Live Chat page and set yourself as online using the online/offline switch on this page.

    Could I ask you to navigate to the Live Chat page and confirm if you are able to toggle yourself as ‘online’?

    Yep, I can toggle myself as ‘online’. It’s okay now! Solved! Thank you very much.

    Bonjour, j’au un souci un peu similaire : à chaque fois que je quitte mon tableau de bord wordpress ,cela me met hors ligne alors que j’ai rentré des heures d’ouvertures et de fermetures. Ce qui fait que les visiteurs souhaitant me parler en live ont systématiquement un message “absent pour le moment”.

    Pouvez-vous m’aider s’il vous pla?t ?
