Is there a work around for search engine indexing?

    I’ve tested with Google search console, the modified page is indexed when tease and include enabled? Is there a workaround to index all the post contents?

    Great question.

    I do not recommend allowing the full contents of restricted pages to be indexed, since anyone can emulate a webcrawler/google bot an in that way bypass the restriction.

    It is a good idea to allow indexing titles, descriptions, rich snippets etc. though and I have added it to my todo list. Unfortunately there is no workaround at this time.
