Cannot see youtube channels on post

I am unable to see the schooloflifechannel demo youtube channel on the frontend when I post the short code [yourchannel user=”schooloflifechannel”] into a post or page but I am able to see on the yourchannel in the wordpress admin. Any help appreciated!
