redirecting to wp-admin when role & GET precendence set
-
I have removed all plugins and set my theme to twentynineteen in case there’s a compatibility issue, and I am still having problems. Here’s my set up
role: author redirect on login to /author-dash
role: bbp_participant redirect on login to /author-dash
role: admin redirect on longin to /wp-admin
Allow a POST or GET “redirect_to” variable to take redirect precedence set to Yeshttps://www.staging1.mutoband.co.uk/wp-login.php
Log in as Author/participant
User lands on wp-adminhttps://www.staging1.mutoband.co.uk/wp-login.php/?redirect_to=https://www.staging1.mutoband.co.uk/music
Log in as Author/participant
User lands on /musicChange Allow a POST or GET “redirect_to” variable to take redirect precedence set to No
https://www.staging1.mutoband.co.uk/wp-login.php
Log in as Author/participant
User lands on /author-dashIs it possible to get both working? That is, with no GET parameter, Authors get redirected to /author-dash, with GET “redirect_to” parameter set, users get redirected to the specified page
