    WP-Property: Version 2.3.9
    WP-Property: Importer Version: 5.3.1
    WordPress: Version 5.2.2

I’m trying to setup a new schedule. I enter the credentials and click on “Check Source” and it initially says “Source is Good: Reload” but then when the page reloads it shows “Cannot Load Source: Reload” and the message “Could not connect to RETS server: HTTP” appears below that.

I am able to login to the URL that is used for the feed when I enter that into my browser: https://rets.fmlsd.mlsmatrix.com/rets/login.ashx

I can also login to the feed here:

So I know the URL and credentials are correct.

I’ve checked the page https://wp-property.github.io/addons/importer/could-not-connect-to-rets-server-http-in-wp-property-importer.html. As mentioned above, I’ve checked everything listed on that page.

I don’t see any kind of log file that might give me some insight. Someone pointed another poster to a log file that I can’t find, maybe because the import has not run yet???

“try also to check importer logs in content/uploads/xmli.rets.log”
    https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/importer-and-https/

    I’m assuming she meant wp-content/uploads…

Any help here would be greatly appreciated. I’ve had to go through so many hoops and months of back and forth just to get access to the feed and now I can’t access it.

    Update:

This still is not working. I’ve checked to make sure my PHP settings were correct and they are. Also, I noticed that when I click on the “Check Source” button the field for Root XPath Query changes from /ROW to /ROWS/ROW and the URL changes from …..wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=property&page=wpp_property_import to …..wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=property&page=wpp_property_import#undefined.

I don’t know if that has anything to do with this or not.

I can’t move forward with development of this website until I get this issue resolved and the importer working so any help would be greatly appreciated.

I am having a very similar issue, I ended up contacting the RETS provider (Trestle in this case) however I imagine they will say it is the plugins fault. I can log in just fine with the provided RETS URL feed in the browser and in RETS Connector, so I know my credentials are correct. For some reason it just doesn’t want to work with WP Property. I am wondering if it could be some permission setting somewhere. Anyway anything that you have learned would be greatly appreciated and I will do the same.

Is there no longer any support with this plugin? I was hoping the lack of response was due to the holiday but apparently not. I originally posted this almost 3 weeks ago with no response at all from the developer.

Sadly, they don’t have any way of contacting them on their website either unless it’s to contract them to do work. This was a nice plugin but if I can’t get any support for this I’m going to have to stop using it and look elsewhere.

I understand the plugin is free, which is why I don’t expect premier support, but I would appreciate some sort of response.
