do not remove the products from the shopping cart

    Hey Support,

    Is it possible, to not remove the products that are not available in the indicated country. But only to see a notification late.

    Hi Joppe.

    This is not possible. The product is removed from the cart because it’s pointless to buy the product if it’s not available for your country. This is what 99% of the sites want.

    We could do it as customization, but it would be a paid service.

    Hi José,

    What we would like is that the products don’t get removed from the cart. In stead there should be 2 actions:
    1. Notice on top ‘The following product (xxx) can’t be shipped to your country. Please remove it or change your country’
    2. The ‘Complete order’ button should be disabled (unclickable) untill you comply to the rules

    Yes, we are willing to pay for this feature. Maybe we should take this to e-mail in stead of this forum ?? Where can we reach you?
