A website would have several , or even dozens of CSS file , mostly only 1 or few would cause such issue.

now please follow this wiki, and figure out which CSS file is responsible for this, and add it into excluding box.

Different speed testing tools has different results.

1. https://varvy.com/pagespeed/
it says no render blocking instead shows external js files and .css files
2. https://developers.google.com/speed/pagespeed/insights/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.egtours.com%2F&tab=desktop
It shows render blocking issues in mobile
3. https://gtmetrix.com/reports/www.egtours.com/f16GlMBx
it shows green score 92% page speed and 81% on Yslow
