Menu not showing on tablets & mobile devices

  • On tablets and mobile devices the menu disappears/does not show.
    I am using version 2.5 of the theme. I cannot find any documentation to explain or assist.

    There is a similar issue about 3 years ago but the suggested fix does currently show in version 2.5

    Please help!
