How to use the plugin on local wifi network

  • My wordpress website is deployed on localhost.Using a wifi router we have tried to connect various mobile phones to the website for polling.The problem is that even though they are connected and i am able to view the poll through them. The vote button is showing inactivity. Is it because of the IP thing?What can be the cause?

    It uses external IP to check and cookie to check whether the user has voted. Also, it will not work with any caching plugin.
