Sermon added but not showing on web page

    Hi folks

    I have successfully added today’s morning Sermon to Sermon Manager, but it is not showing on the browser window. There should be the 4th Sermon from the Ephesians Series but it just isn’t loading. I can send screenshots if you want

    Yes, I got that result by changing the shortcode – I will need to correct the formatting.

    That however is not the problem – I entered yesterday’s Sunday Sermon exactly as I have previously into Sermon manager but SM is not picking uo the latest addition. It might be simply that I need to rewrite the formatting into the specific page. I am using Themeco’s X.

    That is, there is a new Sermon sitting in the plugin’s database that has not been picked up by the Web page system itself …

    Any suggestions out there? This will be a temporary fix for the next few weeks only – the Church is getting the entire site professionally redeveloped. Its getting too advanced for me …

    Our sermons are fine, so it sounds like your theme or another plugin conflict. I would disable all plugins and see if it works. If it works, start enabling them one-by-one until it “breaks”. If it still doesn’t fix it, use one of the default themes, like TwentyNineteen. If it still doesn’t work, hope the new owners of SM will chime in.
