    Hi there,

On my store page, when I try to add some filters with products (all products have price range, categories etc.) filters does not appear.

Other filters work fine – calendar, thirds party and so on. My version is 3.6.4, my DB version is 3.6.4 too. My hosting provider is premium and my DB is clean (fresh install).

What I did is to deactivate the few third party plugins, so to check is there a conflict, but everything is fine. I then contacted my theme provider, and there is no issue with woocommerce plugins, because the theme is optimized to work for commerce.

What do you suggest me to check or exclude like logic steps.

    Thanks in advance!

    Hi @zmeiq!

So, you are saying that you are adding some filter widgets from your “Appearance > Widgets” section, but it isn’t showing up in the area/s you’re adding it to, correct?

If that is the case, then it is most likely interference from your theme or another plugin. I know you’ve already deactivated a few plugins, to try and rule out interference, but I would recommend you deactivate them all except for WooCommerce core, and then check again. If the problem goes away, re-enable your features one at a time until the filter/s disappear again.

As for the theme, if you haven’t already done so, please also switch to a default WordPress theme like Storefront (https://www.ads-software.com/themes/storefront/), to see if the issue persists.

    Cheers!

    Howdy!

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to go ahead and mark this thread as resolved. If you have any other questions please start a new thread.

    Cheers!
