Abandoned plugin?

It feels unsafe with no updates for the last 2 years!

I′m looking for a stable plugin for registration/login via fb/google/instagram (should sync with already registered wordpress accounts). Light weight and of course no middleman (stealing/spamming my users data)!

– What information is stored on a registration and is it possible lock these fields from change?
– Can anyone give a tip of any other plug-in if this isn′t updated? Must have the social media registration feature (not a meaningless plug-in with only social media login AFTER registration with an antique WordPress form).
