Galleries don’t load

    Hi,

    I think it’s since the last update that galleries don’t load any more, they’re stuck, only the loading gif is showing up.

    What I already tried:
    disable all plugins, change theme, clear cache
    -> no success.

    Any idea? Help would be much appreciated!

    Hi,

    Please clear the Cache and check if the issue solves. Also, please navigate to Photo Gallery / Options / General and set up Developer mode to Yes.

    Thanks for your reply but clear cache doesn’t work. I switched Developer mode on.. should I see error messages or something? Because there is no such info, still the same problem… ??

    Please note that the page is protected with a password. Please check the following screenshot.

    Also, please deactivate the Cache plugin for a moment and check if it works properly.

    Lastly, please send a public page where the gallery will be published. Our developer will check the errors.

    Hi,

    I already mentioned the password in my first post: gallerytest.
    Deactivating the Cache-Plugin has no effect.

    Thanks for your effort, but I probably will use another plugin my client already has a license for.

    Hi,

    Please note that our developer has checked and seems you are not clearing the Cache properly, because of the Cache the Javascript files are not loading. Do you use WP Fastest Cache?

    Please deactivate the WP Fastest Cache plugin, clear the Cache and enable Developer mode.
