[Plugin: WP sIFR] Doesn’t work if using friendly URLS in a sub directory

Hi there,

Great plug in – I’ve spotted a bit of a bug; my WP is installed in /wp/ and, when I try using custom URLs your plugin gets confused and inserts the URL address.

Also; if would be good to have an option to apply multiple styles using the same file… but I got around it by duplicating my SiFR.
